    All rooms are non-smoking.<\/strong> For security reasons, smoking is prohibited on the entire farm.
    Check In & Check Out:<\/strong> The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. and on the day of departure we kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms and lodges by 10 a.m. Please let us know your arrival time<\/strong> so that we can give you the key.
    Breakfast<\/strong> from 7.30 a.m. to 9 a.m.<\/p><\/div>

    Deposit:<\/strong> We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit to the bank account indicated below within 5 days of receiving the booking confirmation.<\/strong> Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the room.
    Cancellation policy:<\/strong> There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code; nevertheless, we offer you the following cancellation conditions:<\/p>

    • Cancellation up to 30 days<\/strong> before arrival: the deposit paid will not be refunded, with no additional fees<\/li>
    • Cancellation from 30 to 15 days<\/strong> before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price<\/li>
    • Cancellation 14 days or less<\/strong> before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price<\/li>
    • In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily rate for each unused day<\/li>
    • In case of no-show: 100% of the total price of the stay<\/li><\/ul>
